Extra distance nobody accounts for
Kilometres driven never get compared to what the job needed.
Live in Windhoek
Late runs, idle time and overdue returns are detected, recorded and escalated automatically. Accountability without standing over anyone.
[01] Why
Same delivery, told twice. Once in the chat your dispatch runs on today. Once the way LogiTrack records it.
On record · NAM-P3F9LK66 · nobody had to ask
[02] The gap
Four leaks, all invisible on a WhatsApp thread.
Kilometres driven never get compared to what the job needed.
Without a timestamp against a target, a habit looks like a bad day.
Thirty minutes at base looks like nothing. Across a month it is a salary.
They don’t complain. They just order less, then not at all.
[03] Inside the platform
Live driver positions and every delivery point, on one of four tabs. The other three are where the work actually gets done: dispatch, compliance, driver performance and finance in one system.
Open shipments ranked by urgency, grouped by zone. Breaches rise to the top on their own.
Distance, fuel, reliability and a holistic score. Per driver, exportable.
Fulfilment, SLA compliance, revenue and value lost. Emailed to you as a PDF on the first of every month, whether you log in or not.
Demo environment. Synthetic data throughout. No client, driver or customer record appears anywhere on this site.
[04] How it runs
The driver does their job. The system records, compares and escalates.
Acceptance is timestamped and the SLA clock starts. From that moment the shipment has a target, an owner and a record.
GPS is captured on the move and snapped to the road network, so the trip you review is the trip that happened, including the gaps where signal drops indoors.
Late against target, idle at base beyond your threshold, return to base past expected time. The system decides what counts as an exception using your rules, not a supervisor’s mood.
The incident is logged against the driver and the shipment, the customer is notified, and the escalation happens without anyone remembering to follow up.
[05] In practice
Four things that happen every week, and what the system already did.
[06] Kilometres
Tracking only ever saw deliveries and the run back to base. Everything else the car did was a number somebody had to explain.
Once when they start, once when they finish. You get odometer kilometres against tracked kilometres, per driver, per day, with the photo a tap away. Correct a reading and the driver’s original value stays on the record beside yours.
A run to the bank or the post office puts genuine company kilometres on the car that no delivery leg accounts for. The day comes up short, and the driver is the one asked why.
A driver starts an errand on their phone and picks where from a list you control. A dispatcher can queue one for them, but only the driver can start it, because only their phone can track it.
A real place on the map, a deadline on your normal SLA rules, a sign-off flagged if it happens away from that place, and it counts towards the driver’s score. It is never billed and never texts anyone — an errand has no customer.
Self-reported is not the same as unverified. The driver writes down what the trip was; GPS, the map point and the sign-off distance check it. The day’s kilometres reconcile, and whatever is still missing afterwards is worth an actual conversation. The point is not that you catch more — it is that the driver can prove the trip instead of being asked to explain a number.
[07] Customer experience
Every shipment gets a tracking link on dispatch. The question answers itself.
Your order is on the way. Track it live: logitrack.cc/t/NAM-P3F9LK66
Driver position and ETA on a real map. No app download, no login.
Captured at the doorstep and attached to the shipment permanently.
Feedback lands against the driver and the trip while it is still fresh.
[08] Data trust
You’re about to put your customer list and staff performance into someone else’s system. That deserves a straight answer.
Each business is a separate tenant. Your data is scoped to your account and invisible to other operators.
Every screenshot here is synthetic. Not blurred, not anonymised after the fact. Never real to begin with.
Records, performance and customer history belong to your business. Export it whenever you want.
Why this section exists. Most delivery software sells you visibility into your drivers while saying nothing about what happens to your data. If you handle anything with a customer name attached, that silence should bother you. Ask us anything on this before you sign up, including how it is stored and who can reach it. For the record, this website runs advertising cookies like any other; the platform does not, and none of your operational data goes near them. The specifics are written down.
